Follow up to #184

Improve the documentation of the mercure setup

  • Server/Client is unclear (Tokenprovider)
  • Configuration examples should be better (working without changes)
  • Password length is not clear
  • Setup -> no need for ssl/proxy
  • Check proxy setup (was not required for poc)
