Export function that manipulates data frame using PPN? #5

Maybe easier for contributors to express new game starting functions via PPN manipulations (rather than R manipulations)?
On import may need to clean up data frame (i.e. add "id", "cfg" columns)
On export may need to drop columns (i.e. "id" column)
