Currently the degen chain is enabled for v2 at degen.poidh.xyz

If a user is on a different chain and at this subdomain, we should request a change to the appropriate chain and not allow actions like creating bounties, claims, etc. This also needs to happen if a user changes chains while still on the subdomain.
