Display "best of" poidh on the homepage #415

Update the homepage so that the section below "select a network" is autofilled with completed bounties + the accepted claim for those bounties.

header for this section should read "or browse past bounties"

Details should include:

bounty title
bounty amount paid in ETH/DEGEN
the winning poidh NFT card
clicking any of the elements takes users to the specific bounty page

Page should be filled with 25 bounties, randomly selected across all chains. Every time the page reloads a new 25 bounties should be picked.
