Public release (v1)

This action has been used in branches within repositories of https://github.com/phpgt for a while now, so it's finally getting pushed to v1 release.

This release is a duplicate of v1.0.0 with a different tag name to be more consistent with Github Actions versioning.

Run install with args

This release allows the install command to be passed arguments, such as --no-progress

Improved text output

The strange unicode characters are suppressed from the install command in this release.

Initial action release

This is the first release into Github Marketplace, so the action can be tested in PHP.Gt repositories.
