One device, multiple speakers?

I encountered this menu item in the AirPlay casting select(--while abusing airplay--), I thought its potential to this project could be useful - sort all chrome casts under one, or group everything into on drop-down maybe.

I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered something similar, and if so knew what exactly causes this.

I will do my research in the meantime, but I thought this was interesting. Note that this is in an iOS 16 beta from about July or august so this could be unintentional behavior
