How to airplay apple music on Iphone to chromecast audio using AirConnect on Windows

Hi. This is an how-to education post as I am little confused on the process.

My setup is the following:

Chromecast Audio Dongle connected to DAC connected to Powered Speakers
Windows Workstation (ip: 192.168.1.20) and ChromeCast Audio are on same 192.168.x.x private network

Simply running airplay does the following:
C:\aircast_win>aircast-win.exe -b 192.168.1.20 -c flc9
[15:23:35.840] main:960 Starting aircast version: v0.2.51.2 (Nov 1 2021 @ 23:30:13)
[15:23:35.840] main:968 no config file, using defaults
[15:23:35.851] Start:720 Binding to 192.168.1.20

I am sure I am missing quite a bit here. On my iphone inside apple music, when I click on casting icon...no devices are listed except my Samsung TV. Apologize now for the noob question.
