Can't Receive SMS - Moto G Play 2024

Current Behavior:

I can send SMS but can't receive it. All other functions of cellular connection (make/receive calls, mobile data) work perfectly.

Describe the bug

I am unable to receive SMS.

To Reproduce

1. Flash any GSI, such as Lineage 21 Light, onto a Moto G Play 2024.
2. You can send SMS but not receive it, regardless of the SMS app you choose.
3. If you so happen to flash back to stock firmware afterwards, all un-received SMSes flood your phone all at once.

Additional context

I saw an SMS fix ZIP floating around, as either a Magisk module or flashable TWRP ZIP, but I am unable to flash anything at the moment as the device doesn't have recovery nor does Magisk play nicely with its boot image.
