Describe the problem

Currently, to modify lint rules, one needs to edit a json file for html/js or other files. This may is not the best UX for blank prjects.

Describe the solution you'd like

There should be a way to eazily disable individual errors maybe by clicking on a button on holder on the problem- ignore this problem, or ingore these kinds of problems in current project.

This can be there in problems panel or on the hover quickview.

Alternatives considered

Having a few presets to quick start problems panel for a project may alos help. For Eg: Critical errors only for html etc...
We should not also make the UX overly confusing with a lot of GUI options.
