We have addressed this #595 by bringing in new properties from vscode css language service data: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@vscode/web-custom-data

This is the PR: #1552

Describe the solution you'd like

We should add the npm dep web custom data and add a build gulp task to update the data on each build.
