Description

Add some FT2 style shortcuts and editing behaviour, reported by Zalza.

- Enter to play song.
- Space when playing to stop playback, then again to start record.
- Backspace deletes the content of the previous row, and moves all subsequent rows up.
- CMD/CTRL+A to select all rows in the current pattern.
- Mouse drag on pattern to select region.

          Add enter to play, and space to pause if playing.
