Mosfet model

Any plans to provide a more advanced mosfet model which would enable a rough prediction of switching losses in a converter?

I am a big fan of your program and it is always with regret I am forced to migrate my models into the SPICE world. I am not looking for absolute accuracy but a ballpark number.

I also really like the simplicity of the beta model and the fact that I can extract the required data myself from data sheets, but it does not seem to cover the partially saturated region.
