I noticed when your in a app for example, facebook, and you get a notification, when you type using quick reply, you can click stuff behind the keyboard, this makes you click on things you wernt meant to

I can not reproduce this error. Which makes it hard to fix, maybe someone else has tried it too?

Open safari and go to a page with a lot of links (google search maybe or facebook mobile). You'll definitely hit something in the background while typing on the keyboard.

I have really tried my best and i cant get it to press behind the keyboard =( Do you have any tweaks or apps installed that alters the standard keyboard?

I have experienced this problem as well. If it helps I can give you a list of everything I have installed via Cydia, but I myself cannot tell exactly which one would change keyboard behavior besides perhaps IntelliShared. Could that have done it?
