Various updates

Haven't had a release in a while, so I'm bundling the current version up as there are a number of fixes since 1.0.0

Initial release. If you're playing on a mud other than Legends of Kallisti, you may need some work on the map module, and the routines that generate the tiles. The rough idea works, and dev work from here will be additional modules, but a lot of it will be Kallisti-specific by nature. Hopefully, it saves you some time.
