Add formatted results to archiver data

Add a formatted entry to what gets passed to archivers that includes formatted versions of the run results as the batch processor does:

    "text/html": "..."
}

Edit: This may or may not be worth doing in light of the sheer number of measurements produced by latencybg tests.
