early request - perfSONAR for Ubuntu 24.04 LTS

As #1329 gets close to completion, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS has just been released.

Ubuntu 22.04 LTS standard support ends April 2027, almost three years from now.
I (and many others) will be forced to remove perfSONAR from my network if/when the underlying OS goes out of standard support, so while this ticket is obviously premature today, it's not irrelevant.
perfSONAR is obviously not a well-funded corporate project, and I'm not contributing anything substantial, so I fully expect it to take another 2+ years before 24.04 is supported.
We do appreciate the work that goes into this, and we do appreciate that the software remains free. Thank you all for that.

Plan for whatever you think is appropriate.

Support for Ubuntu 24 is in the cards; how fast it happens depends a lot on what changed since 22 and how many cycles the development partners, who contribute most of the labor that runs this project, prioritize it.

Ubuntu 24 support will arrive with perfSONAR 5.2, somewhere between now and the end of the year, probably next month.
