The current docs refer to managing NTP at https://docs.perfsonar.net/manage_ntp.html.
Newer Linux distributions ship with chronyd as the default time daemon rather than ntpd, but will by default still use NTP for time synchronisation.
We should check which of the supported distributions have chronyd as default now rather than ntpd, and add any necessary documentation for that.
The perfSONAR toolkit UI allows NTP configuration as per the above link - is this still the same with chronyd running rather than ntpd?
