We're setting up a new GÉANT machine to replace the Debian/Ubuntu package repository. Once ready this host will need to be referenced from our proxy at downloads.perfsonar.net

Jenkins script to push packages to the public repo host has already been updated in c7981b5 and c7981b5

Configuration at http://downloads.perfsonar.net has been changed to use the new host.
