[Comments] Error when posting comments using the Cyrillic alphabet

Issue

Posting a comment using the Cyrillic alphabet gives an error, aborting the operation.

How to reproduce

1. Open a file
2. Copy this text
   Лорем ипсум долор сит амет, неморе дицтас усу не, цу лабитур лобортис иус. Те рецусабо интеллегам диссентиунт вел. Яуи солум апеириан ат. Мандамус ирацундиа интерпретарис еу сед, цу убияуе доминг мел. Яуи еа мазим путент, еи про яуис молестие. Ин про яуод малис риденс.
3. Enter Comments mode (pressing the C key)
4. Paste the previous text
5. Click on post

Expected behavior

The cyrillic text get posted as a new comment.

Actual behavior

There's an error message and the comment is not posted.
