Preconditions:

User has exported a .penpot file
User has viewer right on the project

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to "Projects" page
Drag and drop .penpot file into the dashboard near the files
Click "Continue" button

Actual behavior: 2. Import window should not be opened 3.Error message should be related to a viewer role

Expected behavior: 2. Import window was opened 3. Error message has not text, that related to a viewer fole
