Uniformiser les Boms Category et Product #346

Les Boms Category et Product ont des méthodes très similaires (et pour cause les données sont stockés dans la même table).

Il faudrait donc uniformiser les deux Boms (voir les faire hériter d'un Bom parent "Object").

Et au passage, y'a du DbBuckutt qui traine dans ces deux classes.

Le nom "Objet" est a éviter pour nommer une classe.
