Reload cell at indexPath

Can we have an ability to reload one cell instead of reloading all in the near future?

I'll have to think about the execution for this, I like the sound of it and believe it should definitely be possible to do so in the near future. What's stopping me from refactoring to deliver enhancements is me wanting to go towards an automatically sized cell layout framework. I'm still deciding the best way forward to achieve this and some research needs to be done.

I welcome a pull request for this enhancement.
