Note that many of these links will not work yet, because things are still in flight. But I think I have them set up for what they will eventually be.
Also will probably need to continue adding to this as things merge, though I'd like to keep it focused on the "highlights" as much as possible, rather than outlining every issue that went into this (since we will be linking to the GH release notes for this context anyways)
