gatsby component theme styles bleeding into examples

Just a quick glance at the CSS in https://github.com/mcoker/gatsby-theme-patternfly-org/tree/master/gatsby-theme-patternfly-org/components, some of these styles aren't scoped and are applying to the component examples.

You can see an example by looking at the card component examples - the cards should not have a fixed height and should have a box shadow instead of a border.
