Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes this request is related to a problem, imagine if I try to buy an item on the marketplace and place an order for an Iphone. I receive the Iphone and then release escrow because the item is well received. A good month later the police come knocking on my door because someone ordered an iphone with a hacked credit card.
Describe the solution you'd like
Something like proof of shipment where it is possible to start the trade with the proof of shipment option enabled, or even explicitly disable it, and once the trade is started with the option enabled I as a buyer generate a special code using my client that gets send over to the seller, the seller is required to print this code on a piece of paper and send a picture of the item and the code so I can verify if the seller actually has the product. I should still be able to cancel the trade and everyone should get his money back, or I can lock in the trade by confirming the code is correct and the seller ships the item with the (possibly even qr) code. I receive the package and check again, this verifies that the seller sent it from his place and didn't directly order the item from somewhere else online to my address, which could be done using frauded credentials, credit cards, ...
Describe alternatives you've considered
A combination of shipping a code and sending a code over, but both at the same seem best. I also definitely consider something like proof of shipment or however you want to call it something that should be enabled by default with an option to disable it using a warning.
