The GPU drivers appear to install sucessfully and the GPU appears in Device Manager, but they actually don't and the GPU doesn't appear in task manager and you can't connect via Parsec or use it in any way.
I found the correct driver is the GRID drivers listed on this page:
Neither the driver from NVIDIA's official homepage, nor the one downloaded by Parsec's GPU updater worked out. Installing the GRID one from the linked Azure site above work out of the box. I didn't even had to switch to WDDM manually, as it was the default already.
By the way, I'm using NC4as_T4_v3 with Windows Server 2019 Datacenter Gen2 at Germany WestCentral.
