They mention in the email NVsv3 and NVv4 as alternatives, looks like NVsv3 uses the same GPU (Tesla M60), so I'm guessing it may work still?
*I can't test NVsv3 and NVv4 as I don't seem to have access to them in my region.

I tried gaming on an NV8as_v4 - it was pretty abysmal.
I had to use Steam software streaming because the GPU doesn't support video encoding, so Parsec doesn't even work!
The performance was significantly worse than NV6 or NV12s_V3 which I've used previously.
I'm checking out NC4as_T4_V3 which should be good, specs wise.
