Describe the bug
Check Results navigation is not changing the BCV or navigating when the 'Show Check Results' dialog/webview is opened from the 'Configure Check' webview/dialog

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open PB application.
  2. Project > Open scripture Editor > zzz6
  3. Set BCV Psalms 1:1
    4.zzz6 Project > Tools >Configure Checks
  4. Save the subscription Id from the console log
  5. On Configure Checks > Check 'Capitalization' for the book of Psalms
  6. On Configure Checks > Tools > Show Check Results..
  7. Confirm the values are displayed
  8. Click on PSA 7:9 Word has mixed capitalization: ||JShow||
  9. Notice that BCV is not updated and the Checks are not highlighted in the project editor

Expected behavior
On PSA 7:9 BCV is updated and the word is highlighted in the zzz6 project editor.

Note : Check Results Navigation works when the 'Show Check Results..' is opened from the project
zzz6 Project > Tools > Show Check Results..
