License change to MIT license

Hi folks,

While doing a quick audit of dependencies in my application, I noticed that the paper_trail-sinatra gem is released under the quite restrictive license of GPL 3.0, while paper_trail itself is released under the very non-restrictive MIT license.

Is there an appetite to re-license the paper_trail-sinatra gem under the MIT license?

@jaredbeck was there a reason this has a GPL license? I think switching to MIT would make sense.
