I think this is likely for the far future (maybe 2026?), but I think it might be interesting to have MIT apt repository, for PANDA, LAVA and maybe other packages built/maintained by MIT. This would make it easy for anyone to just download Panda via apt.

But for this to work correctly, I think we should have a way to also programmatically update the version on the Panda Debian control file.
