pagekite.py puts wrong name in pagekite.rc config file when name is changed during execution

The pagekite.py script offers to let your change you mind about the name to be added. If you do change the name, then the new name is correctly registered, but the old name is added to the local config file.

This can cause problems next time the config file is read since the name there is incorrect.
