SARS-CoV-2 plugin

An CLC-plugin to analyse Illumina/ONT SARS-CoV sequence data.

To build the plugin you need the CLC-GENOMICS-SDK

To use the plugin you need to have CLC-GENOMICS-WORKBENCH, you can find the plugin (.cpa file) in the src/dist folder
