The following indications are listed in the protocol

•	Indications (recorded in the 7- and 30-day period before index date): 
o	Bloodstream Infection 
o	Bone and Joint Infection 
o	Cardiovascular System Infection 
o	Catheter-related Infection
o	Central Nervous System Infection
o	Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat or Mouth Infection
o	Gastrointestinal System Infection
o	Genito-Urinary Tract Infection
o	Lower Respiratory Tract Infection other than pneumonia
o	Pneumonia
o	Reproductive Tract Infection
o	Skin and Soft Tissue Infection
o	Surgical Site Infection
o	Other Infection

Perhaps we'd also want a general "any infection" cohort for a more general summary?

These definition would replace the current placeholders here:

different cohorts for (1) children and (2) adults. Terminology = "narrow" = _inf only, "broad" GI and GI_inf (for example)
