Indicator for heard podcast episodes

Hi,

I just tried to migrate my podcasts to music-app. First thing I noticed, I can't mark the old episodes has already heard. Then I heard one episode and saw that even that one looks exact the same as the others.

Maybe I'm not a normal podcast user as I only hear them while programming in homeoffice which is not my main job, so it happens that I have breaks of 6 weeks and more and it's hard to keep track of what's new or not.
