Find a way to link networkmanager-site-to-site-vpn-attachment #444

Currently there is no way to link to a networkmanager-site-to-site-vpn-attachment. We need to investigate how we can run this call: ListAttachments to get a link to these. I'm just not super clear what attributes are actually required in that call so will require some real-world testing

Same goes for networkmanager-transit-gateway-route-table-attachment
