I wonder if there's much value in keeping this structure here - if so, we should update it in each readme.

Worth noting that we are moving away from having such information in the README when we eventually set up the wiki.

lol this one continues to get more out of hand as time continues, honestly kinda want to just nuke the project structure thing out of existence...
