Popup on alarm stays the same color if updated

When the Teltonika tracker button is pressed, and then the popup is opened on that marker, the styling will remain the 'alert' style with red text, even if the tracker sends a new location.

The other way around, this is also the case (when not pressing it, but opening the popup, the text remains black even if the alarm button is clicked).

There is no real quick fix for this, because we'd have to think about how long to show the alert and have a counter (like the checking for removal of trackers in the Index, when they don't send data for 60s) based upon which we remove the alarm style.

A nice-to-have for sure, but not fixing it before the Demo Day :)
