Add more and better questions for existing OSM data #20

Right now we only ask three questions when an OSM feature matches a Foursquare venue:

What is the housenumber?
What is the street name?
What is the phone number?

In the case where these three things already exist, we ask for confirmation of existing data.

What are some other questions we could ask? How could we ask them better?

For me, improving the questions is a stop-gap until we can collect data in a better way: #21

General questions:

Is the name spelled/formatted correctly?
What is the website URL?
Is this place wheelchair accessible?
What are the hours?

Restaurant-specific questions:

What is the cuisine?
Does this place have takeaway?
Does this place have delivery?
