We should decide what information we should include in the Dashboard and then start with a rough Mockup of what it should look like so that we can discuss and modify as needed. Since we'll be building the Dashboard based on data from the database, we can use sample data to build the Dashboard.

First of all, thank you very much for putting effort on upgrading the ticket system. We currently use v1.18.1 and I can tell that this is a great app and has a lot of room for improvement :)
It would be really nice if we can have the ability to select Department /Team/Agent in the main dashboard.
Currently, if a manager has an extended access to different departments, when he logs in to SCP and navigate to Dashboard, he will see a cumulative graph of all department(s) he has extended access to.
It would be nice if there will be an option to see the graph per department/ Team and Agent.
