This new feature will allow us to create a group that is assigned specific permissions in the helpdesk. We can then add Agents to the Group so that they can easily gain the access they need without having to manually set everything.
Ex: If you have an Agent that needs access to all Departments, you have to go to the Agent in the Admin Panel and give them Extended access to each Department in the Access tab.
This will require a new Group table that will determine what all types of access can be granted through Groups as well as a relationship to the Staff table.
