Osticket character encoding problem after update #900

@soneri sorry you're having the encoding issues. Could you elaborate more? And perhaps post some screenshots of the issue so I could track it down? |
This is from tickets page. ÐÜÞÝÖÇðüþiöç should be ĞÜŞİÖÇğüşiöç in Turkish characters. When i drill into the ticket, again characters are the same. Below you can find the email sent to me We received your request and assigned ticket #760232 Topic: |

I installed a clean osticket 197 to a new computer. problem is the same. |
@greezybacon i installed 1.8 to another computer. problem is the same.. I tried to install 1.7 to another computer to test but after i enter mysql user password and press install, setup does not continue. |
Problem solved today after upgrading to 198 |
Hi,
I am using Osticket 1.9.7 .. I upgraded from 1.8.? .. I live in Turkey and i have problem with Turkish characters.
There were no problems before upgrading. Users send email with Turkish characters, but Osticket cannot endecode..
Can anynone help?
