Column resizing and sorting is missing in File Manager

It'd be awesome to be able to change the width of the columns, otherwise one can end up in a situation like below 😊

Sorting by clicking on the column heading would also be great!

The actual sorting should already be implemented into the VFS method, so this should be pretty trivial to add. I'll look into it ASAP :)

Whenever I have time I was planning on adding this into my fork of the application, so I would be happy to come back and update this at some point. Mind if I self-assign @andersevenrud or do you still want to handle this?
