iPod-Drilldown-style select option component

The component suggestion will be an improvement upon this component: "Options with icon and number" (as seen on this page https://originui.com/selects)

The idea is that when a root level option is selected, the options menu is updated to the children items (see https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/ipod-and-itunes/0596008775/ch01s06.html).

This type of component is useful for displaying nested categories and subcategories of items along with the item counts.
