Form layouts

We have inputs and buttons which are the requisites for creating a form. Forms can take many shapes, full page forms, page forms split into multiple smaller forms, forms in dialogs, forms in cards etc. Within each of these discreet form types, there can be many designs such as single column, multi column etc.

It would be good to have some "out of the box" designs for forms which compose input / button components.
