Suggest moving screen off setting in power management to screen saver settings or duplicate it

So after racking my head at figuring out how to avoid getting the display to turn off in screen saver settings, it turns out I also have to change settings in the power settings otherwise the monitor turns off all the same. Perhaps a duplicate button would be of use labeled as power management in the screen saver settings?

My 4k tv is my audio output through the video card's HDMI and then I route a spdif cable out from it to my amplifier. Turns out the television has a feature to have the image off while still playing audio. As I like to listen to music on my computer, super duper I can save a bit of energy. Until the video card or HDMI is turned off by the PC.

Now I know but what a surprise, it's a duplicate feature in my mind's eye, but I'm sure there is something else at play here I'm not aware of.
