Add design needed label to let contributors know that the design work is needed

I am new to this project and looking for high-priority tasks to contribute.
It seems like design tasks and dev tasks are mixed. There needs to be a label to identify these.

And also I saw some issues are open but in the discussion, it is being said that it is resolved after some PRs.

Hey @ericobi you can try filtering out issues by goals and picking an issue suited to you.

@almon-s I can't find it because many of them are old issues and feels like someone is already working on them. Can you suggest?

hi @ericobi , thanks for your suggestion. But we aim to call everyone in the team "developers". When we have a Problem (github issue) to resolve, we bring it thru the whole process (from the start "Backlog" to the end "Done"). One of the process stages is "Ready for Design" In Design. Usually, those with coding skills would be more involved "In Coding" and those who are not, assist in the "In Review", "Specing" and ideation processes.
