Consult-writer?

I just had an idea for an ancillary project: call it, say, consult-writer.

Purpose: to easily access in one place the range of things a (particularly academic) writer needs to have access to, taking advantage of consult multi sources.

Sources of obvious relevance:

• bibliographic references
• notes
• recent working documents
• todos

Thoughts?
