Teleport to -69,35 Results in -70,33 instead

When attempting to get to the EndoMack club located at -69,35, the user is instead sent to -70,3s instead. This happens both for /goto and using the Map's "JUMP IN" option. Attempting to Jump In or TP to other locations also results in being forced to the -70,33 location:
-69,34
-70,36
-71,36
Even when you TP to a location far away and attempt to walk to the -69,35 location, you end up in -70,33. Here's a video of my recent attempts:

It appears to be resolved now. I have visited all the previously mentioned coordinates and there is no teleportation happening.
