Missed dependencies for @Muted?

Dependencies added to the project:

testImplementation "io.qameta.allure:allure-junit5:2.22.0"
testRuntimeOnly "org.aspectj:aspectjweaver:1.9.19"

Only isMuted method in AnnotationUtils handle @muted annotation, but nothing calls it.
So the annotation is not working.

Did I miss something?

P.S. Same with @flaky
