Proposal for Akash Network:
Proposal
We introduce docIT, a Discord bot designed to "bring your documents to life". Leveraging the power of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), docIT facilitates seamless integration across Akash Network's pivotal Github repositories, documentation, associated articles, and forum discussions. The bot offers a dynamic platform for users to raise questions using everyday language.
The ambition behind docIT is to seamlessly integrate it with blockchain projects and other initiatives that rely on Discord or similar chat interfaces.
This initiative promises to amplify Developer Relations, Customer Support, and Community Support within Akash Network's ecosystem, taking root initially on Discord.
The overarching aim is to enhance the efficiency of the Akash DevRel and Community Support divisions, minimize Discord support hours, and expedite responses to common queries, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for both teams and users.
Background
The success of Web3 ventures hinges on an integrated ecosystem of developers engaging with the protocols. Developers delve into myriad projects through detailed exploration of developer documentation and Github repositories. Yet, documentation has its limitations, often necessitating a dedicated team to offer hands-on support to those navigating or utilizing the protocol.
The Developer Relations and Community Support factions play a paramount role, serving as the initial human touchpoint with the protocols. Their dual responsibilities involve fostering developer communities and pinpointing product-market synchronicity.
A recurrent impediment is the shortage of human capital to address the influx of daily inquiries. Our solution is poised to empower Akash's support, enabling them to concentrate on pivotal tasks: addressing unique client challenges, fortifying protocol trust, and cultivating an active, engaged community. By introducing a bot proficient in addressing recurrent queries, support teams can elevate their efficiency, delivering unparalleled user support.

Project Plan (4-week delivery)
Pre-Implementation: Engage with Akash network to determine key documentation locations and repos.
Milestone 1 - Data Source Integration [2 weeks]: Subsequent to the reconnaissance phase, we will combine 3-4 pivotal data sources into our bot. This phase will see meticulous data crawling, OpenAI embedding creation in our database, index formulation, and seamless data source integration. Akash integration test mvp, the goal is to migrate current nodejs app to akash network test area.
Milestone 2 - Testing, Refinement & Production Deployment [2 weeks]: This pivotal phase will focus on rectifying anomalies, enhancing prompt engineering, and ensuring the bot is primed for production.
Proposed Technology Stack:
Funding Requirements:
We seek an $5,500 USD grant to architect and sustain the bot. The budget encompasses:
